What happens to items we can't sell?

Our staff and volunteers work hard to keep as much out of the garbage as possible. The best way to do that is making sure we don’t accept any donations that we know won’t sell. Checking our donation guidelines above before bringing in your donations goes a long way, as does bringing in donations that are clean, free of dust and spiderwebs, and in great condition. However, donations will inevitably slip through the cracks that simply do not meet the standards we have set at the boutique. These items, as well as items that do not sell after being on the floor for two months, can still benefit Hope Rescue Mission through our newest venture: RESCUED!
