Job Type: 30 hr/week, Tu-Fri 9am – 4pm, Hourly
Reports to: Boutique Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizing donated goods into designated areas, price and stock floor with donated goods when processing gets backed up
- Ability to maintain healthy rapport with donors and customers
- Trains and supports new and current donation staff and volunteers
- Helps manage the Women’s Center participants and guide them when they are at the store
- Assists Community Service participants
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties ( vacuuming, taking out trash and recycling, and wiping down furniture, etc.)
- Ensure supplies are stocked (ie. toiletries, tagging supplies, etc..)
- Coordinates daily Donation Door operations (assisting in pulling items from floor and at donation door and store floor/register if needed)
- Is continually working towards finding new and improved ways of processing donations and having a good turnover rate of donations
- Acts as as representative of all ministries within HRM and sets an example for our staff
Requirements:

- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Retail experience is preferred but not required
- Agree with HRM statement of faith
