Jim Hicks
Executive Director
True change happens at the heart level.
Jim Hicks came to Hope Rescue Mission as Executive Director in March 2020 following 40 years of pastoral ministry. Jim received a BA in Biblical Literature from Northwest University, and a MA in Greek and Hebrew from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Being a lead pastor, church planter, as well as a staff pastor has allowed Jim to develop a wide perspective on Biblical leadership, spiritual transformation, and its powerful impact upon people. He brings this heart and passion to serve, rescue, and transform those in need to the team at Hope Rescue Mission. There is a transformative path forward for all who respond, by the grace of Jesus Christ.
Jim and Rayleen have five adult children, all married, and one grandchild. More are on the way! When not serving Hope Rescue Mission you can find Jim and his wife Rayleen, biking, hiking, skiing, and exploring the trails of God’s wonderful creation in this beautiful state of Montana.
Our Team

LINDA MONAGHAN
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
“In 2020, Linda and her family answered the Lord’s call, relocating to Missoula with a heart to love and serve the community. As an ordained Foursquare Minister with 15 years of pastoral experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry and Leadership, Linda brings a wealth of expertise. She has previously served as an Outreach Pastor and Children’s Pastor, and is deeply committed to helping everyone feel seen, valued, and encouraged.”

SHERRY GUNTER
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
“God brought me to the Mission under false pretenses :o).
I volunteered to be a fill-in bookkeeper but left after my first day with a job offer.
My background in banking and church administration provided a unique set of skills that He must have wanted on board. I am the longest standing staff member, as I started in April of 2012. Getting to see this amazing staff faithfully serving our community and those who come to us for help is a humbling experience that I am so grateful for!”

JAZMYN MAIRE
DIRECTOR OF WOMEN'S CENTER
“Jazmyn serves as the Director of the Women & Children’s Center at Hope Rescue Mission. She’s been with the organization for nearly five years, starting as a live-in Resident Assistant, then leading the boutique and directing the mission’s enterprises before stepping into her current role.
Born and raised in Missoula, Jazmyn’s heart is deeply rooted in this community. Her passion for ministry and mentoring took root during her seven years with Youth for Christ, where she walked closely with young people through seasons of challenge and growth.
At Hope Rescue Mission, Jazmyn is honored to support women overcoming addiction and stepping into new life. She brings compassion, leadership, and has a deep desire to be part of the healing process for those walking through addiction, brokenness, and hardship, helping others encounter the healing love of Jesus and experience lasting transformation.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jazmyn paragliding, hiking, traveling, or chasing her next adventure. She counts it an honor to be part of the life-changing journey of the women and families served at the mission.”

JASON SIMS
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES

BAILEY POTTER
DIRECTOR OF HOPE THRIFT BOUTIQUE
“Bailey grew up knowing the Lord through her mother and grandmother, who have always set great examples of grace, strength, and servitude to the Lord and his promises. Bailey has lived in Missoula, Mt, for the past three years and last summer heard of Hope Rescue Mission and knew she had to get involved. As the Store Manager at Hope Thrift Boutique she can witness the reach Hope Rescue Mission has on Missoula whether that be donations given, supporting Community Service participants, witnessing to and providing a safe space for the Women’s Center participants to take that next step in the workforce, and providing resources to the many programs Hope Rescue Mission has to offer to anyone that walks through the Boutique doors. Bailey has continued to fall into the many blessings the Lord has provided to her and her exceptional staff and volunteers as Hope Thrift Boutique continues to grow and evolve into a must-visit in Missoula, MT.”

JAKE MUDREZOW
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
“Jake, his wife Sami, and their four young children moved from Northern Virginia to start work at Hope Rescue Mission in 2024. Their family loves being outside and in the mountains whenever they can. Jake especially enjoys all things outdoors including golf, hiking, hunting, and ice hockey.
While spending nearly seven years in Washington, DC as a police officer, Jake’s passion for helping those who are hurting and suffering increased. Over time, Jake felt called to leave law enforcement and go into pastoral ministry, where he was from 2022 to 2024. Being in a position to help and point people to the hope and restoration of Jesus Christ was extremely rewarding, and he is thrilled to continue that through Hope Rescue Mission.”

TAYLOR WILDE
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
“Taylor is a mom of three, wife and devoted follower of Jesus. Together with her husband Dan, she feels deeply blessed to raise their family in the beautiful state of Montana. Born and raised in Montana herself, Taylor has a lifelong love for the outdoors — you’ll often find her and her family camping, mountain biking, and exploring whenever they can.
Beyond her love of adventure, Taylor has a heart for pastoring. She is passionate about coaching, teaching, and encouraging others as they pursue their God-given purpose. She feels especially called to walk alongside those who are in bondage and at risk, believing that meaningful impact happens when we meet people exactly where they are, no matter the hardship.
Taylor feels that by God’s grace he has asked her to bring the light of Jesus Christ into dark places — a mission that fuels both her personal and professional ministry. She is currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator at Hope Rescue Mission, where she looks forward to seeing how God will continue to use her and the HRM team to help transform lives in Missoula, Montana.”
